Our refund and returns policy last 14 days. The customer is responsible to inspect the conditions of the item once received. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be:
- If you received different product(s) from the product(s) you have ordered.
- Defect on the product(s) in terms of label and content of the product(s) with the cap sealed. Unused and it must also be in the original packaging.
- Broken products due to poor wrapping services.
- If you received fake products with proof
The customer must provide information as per below:
- Information of Customer
- Phone number
- Attachment – photo/video
- Receipt of purchase
- Return postage slip
Please note that we will not accept the returned item(s) if the product(s) does not meet the requirement stated above. In such circumstances, the shipping cost will not be refunded and we will not replace the products or make a refund
